Saltwater Homes are typically priced with cement plank siding and trim. This is a very popular exterior material due to its superior strength and solid construction. This product looks great and is very low maintenance. We pride ourselves in having some of the best siding crews in the low country.

Our homes are priced with  M&W windows. These windows have a great warranty and are a fantastic quality window. M&W also offers several grid patterns. Saltwater Homes will use a M&W or comparable product. There are windows that are less expensive and there are windows that are more expensive. Saltwater Homes uses a 30 year architectural shingle for roofing. This is a high quality shingle available in about 10 different color options.
